  It's expensive. That's a fact. It's also a fact no matter where you go. Beyond that, they did a wonderful job. Honestly, we were treated so respectfully. They were patient yet reactive, accommodating and pleasant.

  Very unprofessional, attention to details are lacking to say the least! No picture on program as promised. Misspelled the deceased's name, no music before the service, no music afterward while everyone filed out. Slide show could not be played even after they assured this family that it could be. This place can't be trusted to give your loved one the attention they deserve. Save yourself a lot more grief and find a reputable funeral home, not this one!

  More deserving options for your money. Walked in was ignored then seated myself watching front office lady talk with guy for ten to fifteen minutes.
  Did not attempt to talk to me so I left. Should I have sent in a male so that we could have received some attention.
  Not needing business I guess.
  I settled for Moore funeral.

  I divided my pre-planning needs into 2 separate visits. Each time Angelique Cook walked me through every step and was very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to work with her. I told her today that when the time comes, I feel certain my son will appreciate my decision to be at Floral Haven.

  It is with regret that I must write this negative review. Floral Haven kept telling me that they treat people like family...unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. They are refusing to refund nearly $1500.00 my elderly parents have paid towards a prepaid cemetery plot and state that they can get a credit of $1500.00 towards merchandise in the future. What good is a credit to a cemetery???? Who keeps $1500.00 of an elderly couples money that they prepaid for a funeral they will never receive? I would never do business with these people. They've gone from what used to be a family owned business to now being part of a large corporation. This big corporation, in my opinion, is putting profit over people.
  
  My elderly parents, who live on a very fixed income, went for a free lunch to learn more about funeral prearrangement. The ended up signing a contract for more that $24,000 being told all along about how they are getting the deal of a lifetime at such a huge 20% discount which is a discount Floral Haven has never given before. According to the number they gave my parents, Floral Haven's claim is that a standard funeral is nearly $15,000 per person before this great discount.
  
  I'm sad that Floral Haven is going to keep nearly $1500.00 of an elderly couples money. This is not how I treat family. Shame on Floral Haven. Go to a local funeral home...not a corporate owned home. We'll take our business to someone who has a stake in the community and doesn't answer to a corporate office.
